These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the AUTOMATI-ZA platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), owned by Yolanda De La Trinidad Robles Alés (hereinafter "AUTOMATI-ZA"). By registering or using the Platform, you accept these terms in full.

1. Purpose

The Platform provides business process automation services through digital tools based on artificial intelligence, integrations and automated workflows (hereinafter "the Services"). These terms govern the relationship between AUTOMATI-ZA and the user.

2. Registration and account

To access the Services you must create an account by providing truthful, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

AUTOMATI-ZA reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms or that show fraudulent or abusive use of the Platform.

3. Services and credits

Some Services operate on a credit system that is consumed with each use. The credits included in each plan and how they work are described on the Platform's pricing page.

Unused credits may expire at the end of the billing period, depending on the plan. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Pricing and payments

Service prices are shown on the Platform and may vary depending on the plan chosen. All prices are in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment is made in advance using the payment methods available on the Platform (processed via Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.

AUTOMATI-ZA reserves the right to modify prices, notifying users at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the new prices take effect implies acceptance.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual and industrial property rights over the Platform, including software, design, logos, texts and content, belong to AUTOMATI-ZA or its licensors.

You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into the Platform. By using the Services, you grant AUTOMATI-ZA a limited, non-exclusive licence to process such data solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted Services.

6. Limitation of liability

AUTOMATI-ZA does not guarantee that the Services will operate without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, AUTOMATI-ZA's total liability to the user for any reason shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

AUTOMATI-ZA shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or business interruptions arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with access maintained until that date.

AUTOMATI-ZA may cancel or suspend access to the Platform in the event of a breach of these terms, notifying the user as far in advance as possible.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable regulations, without prejudice to the rights of consumers under applicable legislation.
